1. STUDY OF COFFEE FARMS

We visited the coffee farms of the region and analyzed the viability of an agreement to sell the coffee they produce. We study the processing practices of the coffee farms that want to participate in our project, which are currently more than 100.

2. GOOD PRACTICE MANAGEMENT

To achieve the best quality product, we train coffee farmers in good practices in terms of seed selection, crop care, harvesting, drying, collection and storage of grain. Later we do follow-up in the field.

3. OPTIMIZATION OF CROPS

After the theory, comes the practice. Farmers begin to optimize their crops and see the results, obtaining better grain, more quantity and a good price, which results in the economy of the families that depend on this activity raising.

4. COFFEE PROCESSING

Lastly, we carried out the roasting and grinding of the Specialty Coffee with very demanding processes, so as not to distort the original product. And we package it in the most careful way so that the image of the farmer is in good stand thanks to his product.
